David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading airline that is seeking to onboard Basque-speaking Customer Support Advisors to assist passengers across its regional markets in Spain. In this role, you support customers with travel-related enquiries, provide clear information about airline services and policies, and help resolve issues throughout their travel journey. The ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset and the ability to remain calm and professional when assisting passengers with challenging situations Position: Customer Service Advisor Location: Barcelona, Spain Model: 100% On-site Employment type: Full-time DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist passengers with flight reservations, booking amendments and cancellations Provide information about baggage allowances, delayed luggage and missing baggage Support customers with online check-in, boarding enquiries and travel documentation Assist passengers affected by flight disruptions and respond to refund requests Handle customer complaints and resolve travel-related issues in a professional manner Explain airline policies, procedures and available options clearly Deliver a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving REQUIREMENTS: Fluency in Basque + English B2 Strong communication and customer-service skills Ability to understand customer concerns and provide clear, helpful solutions Calm and professional approach when dealing with stressed or dissatisfied passengers Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment BENEFITS: Permanent employment contract in Spain, including applicable statutory benefits and entitlements Five weeks of paid initial training to help you start confidently with all the tools and knowledge you need 39-hour working week, Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 20:00, with rotating shifts Gross annual salary plus a gross annual bonus Modern offices in Barcelona with a terrace, comfortable facilities and team events Genuine opportunities for professional development and career growth within an international company
